Darren Moy
Chair
Darren is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years’ experience delivering, managing and operating major infrastructure across government and ASX-listed organisations. He holds a Master of Management and has extensive expertise in commercial management, major programs, business optimisation and infrastructure delivery.
He has held senior executive roles with Downer, Vodafone Australia, Transurban, NBN Co and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), and has served as Chairman of the NSW Toll Road Association and a director of several major toll road companies.
Darren joined UGL in 2024 as Head of Commercial (Transport) and represents UGL as a director on U-Go Mobility, Regional Linx and Canberra Metro Operations. His extensive experience across the transport and infrastructure sectors has enabled him to build strong relationships across government, industry and the private sector.
Andrew Clark
Managing Director
Andrew is a lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector and over 20 years’ experience in rail. Having acted for the Victorian Government on major rail projects, including Regional Rail Link, Metro Tunnel and Suburban Rail Loop. Andrew was a partner at global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills for 15 years and in 2017 established the Australian offices of White & Case, where he was the regional section head for Asia Pacific.
Andrew has extensive experience with rail operators throughout Australia as well as major rail infrastructure and signalling companies on the deployment of rail signalling solutions.
Andrew is a long-time investor in RSS and is known to many of our existing investors.
Glenn Donaldson
Director
Glenn is the General Manager, Rail and Technology Systems at UGL Transport and an experienced executive with extensive leadership across the transport, infrastructure and rail sectors. He has a proven track record in delivering complex rail infrastructure projects, operational excellence, business transformation and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining UGL, Glenn held senior leadership roles with Downer and Main Roads Western Australia, as well as executive positions in the private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Civil and Construction Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, a Postgraduate Certificate in Construction Law and a Diploma of Project Management.
Glenn is recognised for building high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships across government and industry, and delivering sustainable outcomes on major transport and infrastructure projects.
David Slack
Non-Executive Director
David is the founding Managing Director of Australian equity fund manager Karara Capital Pty Ltd. Over the past 30 years, David has made a significant contribution to the Australian funds management industry. Notably, he was co-founder and joint managing director of Portfolio Partners Limited, which was sold to Norwich Union in 1998. Prior to that, David was a founding executive director of County Nat West Investment Management, where he was head of Australian Equities. He was Chair of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation Investment Committee until 2007.

Simon Casey
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Rail Safety Systems, Simon spent nearly 25 years with global technology company Robert Bosch, where he led Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Project teams delivering automotive electronics for some of the world’s largest automotive OEMs.
He has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams across cultures, time zones and international locations, with expertise in electronics engineering, project management, manufacturing and quality. Combined with his MBA, Simon brings a strong commercial mindset and a results-driven approach to operational leadership.
Andy Turnbull
Chief Business Development Officer
Andy is a business development and commercial executive with more than 40 years’ experience across the professional services, marketing and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive expertise in business growth, strategic partnerships, corporate finance and international market development.
Andy founded Turnbull Associates, Chartered Accountants, in 1983 before selling the business in 1996. He later led the growth of a national advertising agency as Group Finance Director and Group Managing Director, culminating in the successful IPO of Healthworld Inc in 1997.
Between 2015 and 2020, Andy established a number of Australia-UK Trade Catalyst initiatives, with a particular focus on transport and infrastructure, helping to foster strategic partnerships and international collaboration.
Peter Feder
Chief Technical Officer
Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in product development across the rail, telecommunications, software services and healthcare sectors. He has extensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, electronic and software engineering, and led the development of the Rail Active Crossing System (RAXS), playing a key role in achieving full type approval with Queensland Rail.
Committed to product safety and innovation, Peter holds three patents and has contributed to the development of rail industry standards through the Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board (RISSB).
Sandeep Mayani
Chief Financial Officer
Sandeep is a finance executive with more than 15 years’ experience across the infrastructure, transport and joint venture sectors. He has extensive expertise in financial management, commercial strategy, governance, forecasting and business performance.
As Chief Financial Officer of RAXS, Sandeep plays a key role in supporting the business as it transitions from development to large-scale delivery and commercialisation. He combines deep financial expertise with a strong commercial mindset to drive disciplined decision-making in complex, capital-intensive environments.
A CPA Australia qualified professional, Sandeep has a proven track record of strengthening financial governance, improving operational performance and partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value.
